Your VOICES.

My lady co -teachers hanged out with me today over lunch with my South Beach Diet (it was string beans with chicken strips and white sauce). I felt bored to the topics we mumbled on,grades which are due, students who don’t write and other school matters. I wish I could share with them about Kris and James , Josh and baby James. Truly, the greatest pain a woman could feel is when we are being cheated by the man we adore.

I thank God for His grace of forgiveness,when this episode played into my life; I told my husband ” I forgave you even before you did it to me”. I want to tell Kris and all the other women out there who are hurting ang mending their broken hearts to hear this.I thank God for healing me even before the heartbreak happened.Now, that is what I call Grace!  These are things that money can’t buy! Wether you are in Timbukto or the U. S.,it does’nt matter at all happiness can only come when you live in the power of the Holy Spirit!

We have been members of the Couples For Christ for about thirteen years, we acknowledge that we are weak and sinful that is why we need the support of the community above all from God Himself ,to give us strength in times of troubles and temptations. We succumb to it at times but we need to fix our eyes on God’s Work,we fail at times but we struggle to come back to God’s powerful embrace of forgiveness.

I wish Kris and other women who are hurting right now will find God’s wisdom! Forgiveness can only come when we open our hearts to the bountiful grace that He showers us !I think God made me write this today so that I can totally forgive others too! What a way to celebrate this season of lent! Mirroring our lives with others ,sharing their burdens and making them our own!

Tonight, I am going to give my husband a kiss and a big hug because inspite of all his weakenesses ,he, in turn managed to persevere in being with me, and God knows what can I become in my unguarded moments!
