I'd rather prefer the "Tsada" or the "Bulawan" next. Recently, I overheard from a friend saying the city festival be called "Haguros". It's quite catchy, images of CDO's rapids come to mind immediately, and speaks of the fast, booming economic progress happening in the city. Well, kalandrakas shows the diverse culture of our city but in the other hand and most put in mind of the people kalandrakas is such like "magulo" in tagalog, "samok" in common Visayan dialect. Mas mabuti pa ang "Tsada" or Bulawan festival or Golden friendship Festival, diba unique and only represents one meaning!!!. Giga Go CDO!!! i’m not from cagayan de oro, but i do have friends from, and get my chances at going there. if there is one thing that i have to point out about kagay-anons(?), it’s the sense of pride and pleasure in showing us outsiders cdo’s good fortune, its potentials, about how it can be at par if not exceed what can be had in bigger cities. and you never disappoint.

It may sound catchy but it's messy and I don't think we Kagay-anons deserved to be called like one.. Mabuhay ang Ciudad sa Bulawanong Paghinigalaay!
